Mercy Street and the African-American Experience During the Civil War

Audrey Davis, the Executive Director of the Alexandria Black History Museum, will lead a conversation on the African-American experience in Alexandria during the Civil War. As the only native Alexandrian that is consulting for the hit PBS mini-series Mercy Street, she will lend insight into the making of the show.
